You’ve probably seen the Ralph Wiggum technique popping up lately in the context of Claude Code.
At its core, Ralph is a simple but powerful iterative AI development loop - think of it as a while loop that keeps running an AI agent until the task is done.

Ralph works best for

Greenfield projects
Well-scoped POCs
Projects with a clear definition of "done"

But - just like vibe coding, running Ralph without enough context can lead to bad or unexpected results. Context is everything.

👉 Important note: I customized the Ralph technique specifically to run with GitHub Copilot CLI, and the GitHub repository includes everything needed to run it end-to-end.

To make the loop more effective, I also integrated an agent-browser for automated web testing and screenshots (more on that in the next post).
